There may be sheetrock repair and painting involved, the baseboard and shoe moulding may need to be recut as new or trimmed, an electrical box may need to be moved, etc. This is where my service simplifies this project. I've made numerous service calls to homeowners who are having to fix the same problem twice because the original repair was done using the wrong parts or materials.
